Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting (Meeting) of shareholders of Aurox Resources Limited ABN 32 106 793 560 (Company) will be held at in the Conference Suite, Level 8 Exchange Plaza, 2 The Esplanade Perth Western Australia on the 15th of November 2007 at 2:30pm (WST).
The Explanatory Memorandum which accompanies and forms part of this Notice of Meeting describes the various matters to be considered at the Meeting.
